Player Pathways & Team Opportunities

At our club, every player has a place and a pathway to grow. We build teams based on development needs, experience, and competitive readiness — ensuring every athlete receives the environment and support that matches where they are today, while helping them get where they want to go next.

Three Levels of Play

We offer three team levels to meet players where they are and help them rise:

• Developmental – Fundamentals, confidence, and love for the game.

• Competitive – Skill building, game IQ, and increased competition.

• Elite – High-level training, advanced play, and travel competition opportunities.

All players begin with an evaluation period, and are placed on a roster based on skill, growth needs, and readiness — not politics, favoritism, or cuts. No player is turned away.

Training & Competition Structure

Training:

• 2 team practices per week

• Optional training sessions on off-days

• Focus on individual development, team play, and long-term growth

Competition:

• 2–3 tournaments per month

• Some teams may also participate in local leagues or additional events depending on team level and seasonal goals.

We serve boys and girls ages 9U–18U, operating in 6-month seasonal cycles:

Program Cost: $2,950 per 6-month season
Payment plans available.

Financial Accessibility & Scholarships

Through our nonprofit Kids Always Matter, we offer scholarship opportunities and financial support to ensure that no player is turned away due to cost.
